1: Is my personal information protected with your company?
A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!
2. What age must I be to join .
A:You must be 18 years or older to join.
3. Can I have more than one account?
A: No.
4. What Payment Processors are accepted?
A: We use Paypal.com and Payza.com
5. Can I refer members?
A: Yes. We encourage members to invite people, that way they earn money fast.
6. How long it would take my payment to get approve?
A: Your payment will be confirmed right away if your (Sponsor) is online, but allow a maximum of 4 hours as other members are from different timezones. If it is not confirmed within a few hours send us a support ticket with the link of your payment screenshot showing the details (amount, transaction ID, processor username/email sent from and sent to) and we will approve you right away. If you send us this information correctly, we can get you confirmed!
7. What should I do if I received an email that I have pending payment but didn't receive it when checking my processor?
A: Contact your sponsor, give them at least few hours to reply but if no reply you can deny it or if in a hurry you can deny it straight away.
8. I have received a payment notification, what should I do?
A: Login to your PayPal or Payza account to be sure and double check that you have actually been paid, if you have, go to your back-office, click on "Payment Center" and click "Approve" from the Action column.
9. What if I received a fake payment and what will be the consequence of a member who submitted a fake transaction ID?
A: If proven, the account of that member will be terminated and all future earning, banner & text ad credits will be forfeited.
10. Do you offer refunds?
A: We offers a ZERO REFUNDS POLICY to all members. When purchasing a position from your Sponsor, you are purchasing the service directly so there are absolutely NO REFUNDS within our program. All sales are final. We cannot refund money that has been paid out to our members (or your Uplines).
B: AGAIN we offers no refunds. So please do not join if this zero refunds policy is not agreeable to you or if the sum of xxUSD will place you under any form of financial distress or is beyond your fiscal means at this time.
C: No filling of disputes or your account will be deleted from the system.
11. What happens if a member I refer upgrade to a level higher than me?
A: You can only earn on your current level. If a member you refer upgrade to a higher level than you are, that sale will be passed up to your sponsor until you reach that level. Although this is not a 1up program, you can lose sales if you do not qualify for that level. It is important that you make sure that you purchase all of our services to make sure you become qualified for all levels.
12. How are the products delivered?
A: The products are delivered virtually and through your members area, when you qualify for a certain level, you will receive the advertising credits immediately after your sponsor confirm your purchase. That is why we offer NO REFUNDS! Once you pay for advertising services from your sponsor, you have access to the advertising credits, and once you pay for it, it's yours to keep forever!
13. Can I really make a lot of money?
A: You have the potential to make an unlimited income with this opportunity. Sponsoring others will increase your income. Promote your referral link and you will see results.
14. Can I advertise my other programs here?
A: Yes, we offer banner and text ad credits. All active members have the opportunity to benefit from our traffic by adding their banner and text ads to rotate throughout our website.
15. Does You have a 'No Spam' policy?
A: DEFINITELY, our website has a 'NO SPAM POLICY' this is strictly enforced. Any member found to be using spam will have their membership revoked and lose all income entitlements.
