10. Do you offer refunds?

When purchasing credit ad packs from your Passive-Members-Unite.com Sponsor, you are purchasing the service directly so there are absolutely NO REFUNDS within our program. All sales are final. We cannot refund money that has been paid out to our members (or your Uplines).

12. What happens if a member I refer upgrade to a credit ad pack higher than me?

If a member you refer upgrade to a higher credit ad pack level than you are, that sale will be passed up to your sponsor until you reach that level. Although Passive-Members-Unite.com is not a 1up program, you can lose sales if you do not qualify for that level. It is important that you make sure that you purchase all of our services to make sure you become qualified for all levels.

13. How are the products delivered?

That is why we offer NO REFUNDS! Once you pay for services from your sponsor, you have access to the advertising credits, and once you pay for it, it's yours to keep forever! You have 100% resell rights to all services except solo ads.
